Ministry

Ministry is living a life that serves others and God, instead of only thinking about ourselves. Choose to discover how God shaped you, and how you can serve.

CITYLIGHT WORLD
MISSIONS



CityLight is the world missions arm of the Ecumenical University. The University has a comprehensive program of empowering local community leaders in developed and underdeveloped countries to create social, political and economical solutions for a better life. CityLight inspires local leaders to have global Impact.

The CityLight - Ecumenical University Partnership is committed to supporting education and development of job skills; helping people meet water, food, clothing and shelter needs; working with children, families, veterans and the elderly; responding to natural disasters and providing support for health and recovery.

CITYLIGHT COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT CENTER


The Ecumenical University partners with local churches to create CityLight Community Development Centers. In these centers, local leaders plan, organize and mobilize to impact the quality of life in their community. CityLight members are committed to impacting the world by living the Two Great Commandments and carrying out The Great Commission. CityLight is not separate from but active members in the local Christian church.

The CityLight - Ecumenical University Partnership is seeking leaders from every state in every nation to form prayer groups. Each prayer group has a leader and at least 12 members who worship, fellowship, disciple, minister and evangelize together as a team.

GLOCAL - ACT LOCALLY, IMPACT GLOBALLY

CITYLIGHT MEN
ON THE WALL

 

CityLight Men on the Wall is the prayer fraternity of the Ecumenical University. Male students are encouraged to join and become a part of the worldwide mission program of the school. The CityLight Men on the Wall are purchasing a rural camp to house and train missionaries coming to the United States from other countries. Men on the Wall chapters are part of every Ecumenical University Campus and training centers

CITYLIGHT ESTHER
WOMEN OF INFLUENCE


CityLight Esther Women is the prayer sorority of the Ecumenical University. Female students are encouraged to join and become a sustaining member of the Ecumenical University's outreach and support programs for women worldwide. The group supports international programs for building homes for widows, digging community wells, animal husbandry and micro finance.

CITYLIGHT DAUGHTERS OF RUTH AND CITYLIGHT ESTHER TEENS

Citylight Daughters of Ruth and CityLight Esther Teens are youth mission groups sponsored by the Ecumenical University. The groups are raising money to build 100 schools and provide support to students in undeveloped communities. The first two schools are being built in Uganda.
